The Freedom to Learn Academy is an online self-directed learning community offering courses and tutoring services in both synchronous (live) and asynchronous (self-paced, on demand) settings for middle and high school age students and their families who are seeking an alternative to traditional schooling.

If you are interested in one or more of our courses, we ask that you please pre-enroll so that we can begin to set up our schedules. Research shows that students are better engaged, more successful, and thrive in smaller classroom settings. This extended into the realm of online learning as well. Therefore, we strive to limit our class sizes to 10 to 12 students at the most. Multiple sessions of the same course will be established if the demand arises.
